Associate Analyst (Supporting CEO, CFO, SVP)

This person is responsible for supporting the offices of the CEO, CFO and SVP of Corporate Development in projects, as assigned.
 
Description of Role:
An Associate is a key contributor to the business of the company by supporting sales, business development and special projects. An Associate is normally expected to continue in this role approximately two years, during which the Associate is exposed to various aspects of the company's business through projects and assignments. After two years, an Associate is expected to transition to another role within the company, as available. An Associate's responsibilities include:
 
Sales Support – Support sales and business development, from marketing through product deliver, as directed.
 
Special Projects – Under the direction of management, support projects across a variety of disciplines related to accomplishment of strategic objectives of the company.
 
Project Management – Create, monitor and deliver upon project checklists and timelines, including integration of deliverables from other internal and external resources. Drive assigned tasks to completed outcomes.
 
Presentations – Create presentations (using PowerPoint and other tools) of very high quality, using information assimilated from multiple sources, distilled to clear, impactful slides.
 
External Communications and Contracts – Draft and edit professional correspondence, term sheets and other materials, employing excellent use of the English language.
 
Internal Materials – Develop materials to allow senior management to assess and approve transactions and strategic initiatives through preparation of internal memos.
 
Quantitative Analysis/Modeling – Create, edit and use quantitative analysis tools in Excel to model the performance of the company's HCPV systems in different structures and applications and to support analysis of strategic programs within the company, using financial modeling concepts including discounted cash flows, rates of return, sensitivity analysis and projections.
 
The successful candidate will be able to drive completed outcomes in all aspects described above while operating in a team environment.
 
Background:

  • MBA or 2 - 3 years experience post under-graduate experience in a rigorous training environment supporting development of required skill sets, such as consulting.
  • Excellent financial modeling, written and oral skills
  • Interest in working in a hyper-growth environment
