Vahan Garboushian
Founder, Chief Technology Officer and Board of Directors Chairman

Vahan Garboushian is the Founder, Chief Technology Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Amonix, Inc. Mr. Garboushian has pioneered the development of concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) technology since launching Amonix in 1989; his passion, vision, and leadership over the past 20 years have impacted the CPV solar industry and have made  Amonix the most efficient, reliable CPV technology on the market today.  Mr. Garboushian received a Masters in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and a diploma from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Patrick McCullough

Chief Financial Officer
Patrick McCullough is the Chief Financial Officer at Amonix. He has over 15 years of corporate finance experience and has accrued significant expertise managing treasury, finance, accounting, tax, compliance, and internal control functions for industrial equipment, building products, and automotive companies. Prior to Amonix, Mr. McCullough was the CFO and Senior Vice President of IMI Severe Service Division, a global leader in severe service valve and control solutions for the fossil fuel, nuclear power, and chemical processing industries. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame’s MBA/Mechanical Engineering Joint Degree Program.

Dr. Keshav Prasad

Senior Vice President of Operations
Keshav Prasad is Senior Vice President of Operations at Amonix, Inc. Dr. Prasad has over 20 years of technology development and global operations experience in the high tech industry. He was Vice President of Business Development at Signet Solar and prior to that held numerous executive positions at Applied Materials. Dr. Prasad is a graduate of Stanford Executive Program and holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University.

Azmat Siddiqi

Vice President of Quality & Reliability
Azmat Siddiqi, Vice President of Quality & Reliability, brings over twenty-five years of experience in Reliability and Product Engineering, most of which were in equipment design and development in both commercial and defense assets. Mr. Siddiqi joined Amonix from Northrop Grumman and is a graduate of  University of Florida with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering, with post graduate work in Laser Engineering from Stanford University. Mr. Siddiqi, has served on the Advisory Board for Systems Engineering at Cornell University and was on the Board of Trustees for Global Aids Alliance, GAIA. Mr. Siddiqi has an avid interest in military aircraft and cricket.

Carla Pihowich

Vice President of Marketing & Regulatory
Carla Pihowich is Vice President of Marketing & Regulatory at Amonix, Inc. Ms. Pihowich has over 15 years of global experience in the technology and electronics industry, most recently managing a P&L over $400M. She held numerous business and marketing leadership roles at Imation Corporation leading marketing departments responsible for product development, product marketing, channel marketing and all integrated brand communications for multiple branded portfolio.
