Multijunction Cell Technology Advantages

Originally developed for space-based applications, III-V multijunction solar cells provide a step-change in performance and reliability over their silicon counterparts. Amonix was one of the first photovoltaic organizations to bring this III-V multijunction cell space age technology down to Earth and successfully find its unique solar uses.
